Qmo Acceptable Use Policy
Contents
Effective date: [TBD] · Map2Close Inc. · legal@map2close.com
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using Qmo. It forms part of the Qmo Terms of Service, and capitalized terms have the meanings given there. Customers are responsible for their Authorized Users following it.
1. Recording and consent
You must:
- Tell Call Participants that the call is being recorded, transcribed and analyzed using AI, and get their consent wherever the law requires it, including in jurisdictions where everyone on the call must consent.
- Stop recording, or stop using Qmo on the call, when a Call Participant asks you to.
- Follow call-recording, telemarketing, do-not-call and anti-spam laws, such as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act, in all sales activity you use Qmo for.
You must not:
- Record or analyze a call secretly where the law requires notice or consent.
- Use Qmo on calls you are not a party to, or to monitor people without their knowledge.
- Use Qmo to make automated or prerecorded calls, or AI-voiced calls, to people who have not given the consent the law requires.
2. Data you must not put into Qmo
Do not deliberately submit, upload or sync:
- Health, medical or health insurance information.
- Government-issued identification numbers, such as Social Insurance or Social Security numbers, passport or driver's licence numbers.
- Payment card numbers, bank account numbers or other financial account credentials.
- Passwords or credentials for other services, except through Qmo's built-in integration features.
- Biometric data.
- Information about children under 16.
- Information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, sex life or sexual orientation, or criminal history.
Qmo is for sales conversations. Do not use it on calls whose purpose is to discuss the information above, such as medical consultations or collections calls. If this information comes up incidentally, Qmo excludes it from Network Insights, and we will delete it if you ask.
3. Prohibited uses
You must not use Qmo to:
- Break any law, or help anyone else break one.
- Deceive, defraud, harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
- Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation on a call.
- Make claims to prospects that you know are false or misleading.
- Collect or process personal information without a lawful basis.
- Make decisions about hiring, firing, pay or discipline based solely on Qmo's scores or Outputs, without meaningful human review.
- Infringe or misappropriate anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Upload malware or anything designed to disrupt or damage systems.
4. Protecting the platform
You must not:
- Access Qmo, or any other customer's data, without authorization, or share login credentials.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of Qmo, or bypass security, usage limits or access controls, without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer Qmo, or attempt to extract its source code, prompts, models, model weights or Network Insights.
- Use Qmo or its Outputs to build or train a competing product.
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-export data from Qmo other than through features we provide.
- Overload Qmo, or interfere with other customers' use of it.
- Resell, rent or provide Qmo to third parties.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report violations, or Sensitive Data you find in Qmo, to legal@map2close.com.
If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may remove content, suspend user or workspace access, or terminate the Agreement, as set out in the Terms of Service. Where practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
6. Changes
We may update this policy under the change process in the Terms of Service.
